XB-70 Valkyrie
The XB-70 Valkyrie looks like it popped straight out of Thunderbirds or Captain Scarlet and was designed as a long range nuclear armed bomber. Shame it never made it to mass production because it certainly looks the business.
I forgot to post yesterday, so today you’ll get two from me, and probably another one from Adam…

Chevrolet Corsair – Motorama Concept 1954
Chevrolet Corvair – 1954
Can’t get enough of the crisp lines in this image – shame it doesn’t look so sharp in the real-world. Originally the car was shown at GM’s Motorama, 1954, but it never made it into production; however, the name was later re-used in 1960 for Chevrolet’s new compact car.…

Citroën Karin – Absurd Anal Symmetry
Citroën Karin. Car presented at the Paris Motor Show 1980
Check this shit out. It’s all tasty on the dashboard front, but I’ve purposefully omitted the colour photos of the beige exterior, search them if you want to see why. Things to note: interior door handles, radio/calculator/phone type thing in the left footwell, and the rear view camera and screen.…

The Meigs Elevated Railway – 1886
The Meigs Elevated Railway, 1886. 1800’s style concept artwork, anyone? They really went for it. (source)
